Our regular September game at St Michaels was only attended by 21 players, which is a disappointing result given the quality of the course. 

The weather was as good as it gets on the coast with light winds on a dry spring day.

Our game was a couple of weeks after the spring greens renovation and they still had some minor bumps but generally rolled very true. They will be very quick in a few weeks.

Apart from the golf challenge, the local bird population are well skilled at removing whatever is not locked up from golf bags and carts, from sandwiches to fruit and even mars bars.

The game was followed by an enjoyable dinner and some catching up from our previous game in July.
